Rashard was an exceptional leader during my time as a student-athlete at Clemson. He organized numerous networking events and offered guidance on internship opportunities, ultimately helping me secure a position at the company where I still work today. Beyond his professional expertise, Rashard is a genuinely caring individual who is deeply committed to the success of his student-athletes, both on and off the field.

He always provided the necessary resources for me to develop my interest. He was helpful by introducing me to industry experts to learn about career choices. He was willing to help me develop in all facets of life by providing mentorship, advice, and resources to improve my overall well being.

My experience working with Rashard throughout my time in college was second to none. From the time I was able to meet Rashard to the time I left the university, he was a huge help in my professional development but also a fantastic example of the type of man I and many others wanted to be. From the countless opportunities for growth to all of the working experience opportunities, my time with Rashard truly changed my life for the better and helped me become the man I needed to become both on and off the field.

Rashard was a fantastic resource and mentor to me during my time on the Clemson Football team. He taught me valuable skills through professional development, networking, financial literacy, and much more that has helped me excel in my professional journey.

I worked directly with Rashard Hall when I was a player at Clemson and he was a director of PAW Journey. Seeing a guy who had been in my shoes and find success off the field when the air went out of the ball was very encouraging as a young man finding his way. He was an example of professionalism in all aspects and went out of his way to make sure you were equipped with everything you needed to find success in any field you were interested in. On top of all of that, he was an unbelievable mentor, friend, and ambassador of what Manhood should look like.

Rashard acted as mentor during my time with Clemson, helping me find direction for my future career. Everyone always says football/student athlete skills translate well to the working world, but he helped show me how to practically apply that in the business setting. Rashard helped guide me through the uncertainty as I was trying to determine what it is I wanted to do after football.

Rashard helped me with my communication skills and interviewing skills. It wouldn’t have my Job right now if it wasn’t for his resume help and interviewing help.

Rashard was a great career and professional development director during my time at Clemson, but an even better person. Rashard truly cares about making an impact in scholar athletes lives and making sure that their identity is bigger than football. I’m thankful for the privilege to have had Rashard during my time with Clemson Football and know he’ll succeed in his new business venture!

Rashard was always one step ahead of every student athlete, and made sure that in the event of football not working out, they had a plan B. I truly believe he was one of the most valuable assets to the Clemson Football team. I landed my first job out of college with the help of Rashard. I would definitely not be where I am today without him.

Rashard was a tremendous help throughout my athletic career in helping me grow as a man, and as an athlete. He prepared me for life after football and taught me what a successful business man looks like, and what it takes to get there. I’m very grateful for Rashard and all he has done for me.

Rashard did a great job giving me and my teammates opportunities to explore our interests outside of football. Being that football isn’t forever it was important to him to get us to recognize that and to start setting ourselves up for life after. Being around Rashard for sure opened my eyes to that and more.

Rashard and Jeff Davis created something that changed the future for not only Clemson Football, but all collegiate athletics. For the first time in history it felt like more than just playing for a team that wanted to see you win as a player. But a team that wanted to see you win in life after sports.

Rashard is the prime example of caring for others more than himself. He genuinely wanted the best for everyone and went out of his way to help not only the 5 star recruits, but also the fourth string walk-on. Rashard carried himself very professionally, but never in an intimidating manner where people couldn’t relate to him.

Rashard Hall has earned everything he has today. He works extremely hard is very organized as a professional.

Rashard played a major role in helping me make the transition from a student athlete to a businessman. When it was time for me to start to apply for internships and explore future job opportunities I became extremely nervous, and at times concerned that I was not prepared to go out into the “real world”. Like many of my other teammates most of my life was consumed by sports and academics so I did not gain the exposure of working a part time job prior to graduating college. Rashard did an amazing job at helping me understand and articulate the intangible qualities that I’ve gained from being a student athlete at a high-level and And showed me specific examples of how my experiences through being a student athlete not only prepared me for my future job, but often separates me from other job candidates. Rashard’s knowledge and passion helped me gain the confidence I needed to get the internships and ultimately the job I wanted. Rashard’s genuine passion for seeing student athletes succeed plays a huge role in the results that come from working with him. I am extremely thankful for the effort he put forth in preparing me for where I am today.

Rashard did more than fill a role in his position as a career and development director. He went above and beyond to help his student athletes be prepared when the game came to an end, constantly providing us opportunity and encouraging us to chase our career rather than waiting for it to fall in our laps. Rashard Hall is exactly what we needed in our pursuit for a career after football.

For me, Rashard Hall helped me build confidence in my professionalism and life in general. I came into college as a reserved kid with no true vision for my life. Through Rashard’s mentorship and professional development opportunities. I was able to graduate college with confidence and vision to impact the world as a world class man and world class leader.

Rashard Hall’s work as an integral member of P.A.W. Journey is truly one to marvel. Over his time with P.A.W Journey he facilitated countless internship opportunities, interviews, and job opportunities for hundreds of players. Not only that, he cultivated and maintained relationships with business executives and leaders to provide those opportunities for his players.

Rashard Hall is a great example of taking the lessons you learn in life and sharing with others. He was a person I could look for sound advice from all throughout college and even after! He was always the first to provide help or get anything you needed to succeed, and I will always be grateful for his help!

Rashard worked an amazing job as a Paw Journey director. My peers and I grew as benefited tremendously from the guidance and instruction of Rashard as he assisted in professional development and growing as well-rounded men as well. When I started working with Rashard, I had no idea what it took to successfully network and land a great job. Less than a year later, I found myself accepting a dream job as a Financial Analyst in New York City. Without Rashard’s mentorship and coaching, I wouldn’t be where I am today!

Rashard Hall embodies excellence in everything that he does. His altruistic nature is exactly what is needed as a professional development director. He has shown himself as willing to work harder for you then you will work for yourself, and it doesn’t get any better than that.

Rashard from the very beginning was extremely committed to the student athletes at Clemson. He was very intentional in learning our passions and helping to align that with a career after finishing playing football. Rashard was an example of what it meant for us to transition gracefully into other passions once the game of football was over. Rashard was instrumental in the launching of my career. He helped me get my first job in the medical device space with Smith&Nephew. And several years later, he helped me get a second job with Stryker. He has excellent knowledge of many fields and has a fantastic network.
